Andover is five villages strung along Route 4 and Route 11 — the center by Proctor Academy, Potter Place down by the old depot, East Andover on Highland Lake, West Andover and Cilleyville out toward the covered bridge. About 2,400 people. We clean carpet, furniture, tile and pet messes in all of them.
Andover sits on the Merrimack County side of the Lakes Region, closer to Kearsarge than to Winnipesaukee, and the work here reflects that. The Northern Rail Trail runs straight through town past the 1874 Potter Place station, so there’s crushed stone on a lot of boots and bike tires. Highland Lake, six miles long and barely half a mile across, fills up with cottage renters in summer. Proctor Academy runs its own lighted ski hill right off Route 4. And the village drinks out of Bradley Lake, which is one reason we haul every drop of dirty water away instead of dumping it.
If you’re on Highland Lake, book a carpet cleaning for mid-September, after the last renters but before the stove gets lit. Two problems handled in one visit.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction. Whole home $150–$350, fast dry.

Pressure extraction that pulls grime out of grout lines, plus sealing.
Enzyme treatment and subsurface extraction that neutralizes urine at the source.
